HealthPoint Midway Clinic

HealthPoint recently opened the 36,000-square-foot Midway Clinic at 26401 Pacific Hwy. S. in Des Moines.

It has 15 medical exam rooms, 10 dental chairs, a full-service pharmacy and laboratory.

Spaces for patient education and group visits, behavioral health and support services were integrated into the design.

The project is expected to receive LEED silver certification.

Thanks to a fast-track schedule the project took only 22 months from purchase of the land to construction completion. The clinic will provide services for up to 14,000 new patients annually in South King County.
