Matt Preedy, deputy administrator of the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Program, said the state is still putting together a taskforce to evaluate the stuck tunnel boring machine on the Seattle waterfront.
In a teleconference with the media yesterday, Preedy said two tunneling experts have been advising WSDOT about potential candidates and how to run the panel.
