Bouten seeks subs for Tri-Cities Airport job

Bouten Construction Co. last year won a general contractor/construction manager contract to expand and modernize the Tri-Cities Airport in Pasco. Now the Richland-based contractor is seeking a number of subcontractors to help build the project that has a maximum construction cost of $31.7 million.
