SIFF to upgrade Egyptian Theatre

SEATTLE — The Seattle International Film Festival said it has raised nearly $340,000 to reopen the Egyptian Theatre at 801 E. Pine St.

In May SIFF signed a 10-year lease for the movie theater, which closed in 2013. It's owned by Seattle Central College.
