Feds OK plan for $129M Mukilteo terminal

MUKILTEO — The Federal Transit Administration approved a plan by the Ferries Division of the Washington State Department of Transportation to design and build a new ferry terminal in Mukilteo.

WSF wants to relocate the terminal one-third-mile east to a site adjacent to the Mukilteo Tank Farm, an abandoned U.S. Air Force fuel depot.
