Mortenson Construction hired Tom Rossman as project manager for the Elliott Bay Seawall; Jack McCaskill as field engineer for the Chambers Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant; Chris Prahl as project manager on the Bridge Creek Pipeline and Water Treatment Plant project in Bend, Oregon; William Dye as scheduling engineer in the Kirkland Office; and Chad Hulan as senior MEP estimator. Rossman served in the Army Corps in Europe, and holds bachelor's degrees in astrophysics and theoretical math from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. McCaskill previously interned with Mortenson at the Bridge Creek project in Bend, and holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering management from Oregon State University. Prahl has experience on projects ranging from fish ladders to community wind farms, and is a graduate of Oregon State University. Dye previously worked for an engineering consulting firm in Louisiana. Hulan has 20 years of construction experience, most recently with Garney Construction in Colorado.
