SEATTLE — The Army Corps of Engineers awarded Walsh Pacific an $11.32 million contract to build a nine-story air traffic control tower at Gray Army Airfield on Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
The tower and control cab will be 7,651 square feet and made of cast-in-place concrete with half-inch reliefs that resemble hardwood flooring.
