SEATTLE — Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington is looking for a general contractor to renovate the Aloha Inn, a transitional housing complex on Aurora Avenue.
A notice in the June 30 DJC said bids are due July 14.
Aloha Inn is in a former hotel at 1911 Aurora Ave. N.
Residents can stay up to two years to save money for permanent housing. They have access to services like employment assistance, medical care and a computer lab. Residents also help manage the building.
Catholic Housing Services, formerly the Archdiocesan Housing Authority, owns and manages affordable housing.
