The Seattle office of Lease Crutcher Lewis hired Jordan Smigielski as project manager; Michael Martin as senior project engineer; and Nick Santini, TJ Kollman and Clint Conley as project engineers. The company also promoted Lowrey Pugh to senior VDC coordinator and Chris McReynolds to project engineer. Smigielski has 10 years of project management experience, and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Purdue University and a certificate in executive management from UCLA. Martin started in construction in 1989, and worked at Lewis from 1996 to 2010. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Ulster. Santini, Kollman and Conley recently earned bachelor's degrees in construction management from the University of Washington. Santini was a sheet metal worker and foreman. Kollman spent seven years in his family's painting business. Conley has been in construction since 2000 as a carpenter. Pugh started as a plumber in 2002 and gradually took on BIM roles, then joined Lewis as BIM coordinator in 2011. He holds an associate's degree in engineering and architectural graphics from Lake Washington Institute of Technology. McReynolds worked as a carpenter and foreman since 2005, and has been at Lewis since 2014. He studied construction management at Central Washington University.
