Tarragon tilts second Sumner warehouse

Photo from Sierra Construction Co.

Sierra Construction Co. recently tilted concrete walls for Building B of Tarragon's Salmon Creek Corporate Park in Sumner.

The two-building Class A warehouse development is on 18 acres at 4101 150th Ave. Court E.

Building B is expected to be finished later this year. It will be 133,100 square feet with 30-foot clear heights, 24 dock doors and four at-grade doors. There also will be an ESFR sprinkler system, skylights, continuous dock canopies and truck courts. Parking will be provided for 79 vehicles, and there is nearly 3 acres available for future trailer parking or outdoor storage.

Tahoma Design Group is the architect and AHBL is the civil and structural engineer.

Subcontractors are T Barger Dirtworks (earthwork), Miles Resources (paving/concrete), Panelized Structures (roof structure), AAA Welding (steel fabrication), Weatherguard Roofing, Sunrise Glass (storefront), Smith Fire Systems, Olsen Electric and Teufel Landscape.

John Sullivan and John Gilliland at CBRE are the leasing agents.

The 134,600-square-foot Building A was finished in March by Sierra. Tarragon last month said that building is 70 percent leased, with ITR America and Electronic Recyclers as tenants.
