Ferndale clinic proposals due

FERNDALE, Whatcom County — Unity Care Northwest is accepting general contractor/construction manager proposals until Tuesday for the Ferndale health clinic. Estimated construction cost is $7.1 million.

RMC Architects of Bellingham should have schematic designs finished in March for the 21,000-square-foot building planned for 6060 Portal Way. Unity Care expects the building to be LEED-NC silver or better.
