ConAm has begun construction on a 131-unit apartment complex at 9176 Holman Road in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Seattle.
NK Architects designed the 150,000-square-foot, four-story building, which is slated for completion in January 2017.
The team also includes Venture Construction, contractor; Core Design, civil engineer; Ground Support, shoring; Y&T Engineers, structural; and Karen Kiest Landscape Architects.
The unit mix is 47 studios, 62 one-bedrooms and 22 two-bedrooms, ranging from 500 to 1,100 square feet. Some will have patios and balconies. About 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail will open onto a public plaza. There will be 106 below-grade parking stalls, a fitness center and a rooftop deck. Shared and private outdoor spaces are planned, including an interior courtyard.
Green features include integrated solar panels and LED lighting.
ConAm is a real estate management and investment firm specializing in multifamily housing. It has a number of properties in Washington.
