Open house April 27 for $23M project

BINGEN, Klickitat County — The Washington State Department of Transportation is holding an open house next week for a $22.9 million project that will improve access between the Port of Klickitat and state Route 14 in Bingen.

“Improving the connection between the waterfront and Bingen will help keep traffic and freight moving through the area,” said WSDOT project engineer Devin Reck in a news release. “While we're still early in the design process, it's important to hear from the public on the potential options before we move forward.”
