L&I, Harborview expand burn care

TUMWATER — Nearly half of adult burn patients don't return to work two years their injury, and 28 percent never return to work, according to national data.

So the state Department of Labor & Industries and Harborview Medical Center will create a new center to treat burns. The agreement expands workers' access to specialists.
