City OKs $100M to build, preserve affordable units

The Seattle Office of Housing announced yesterday it would award $100 million to help construct nine new buildings with a total of 896 apartments.

The funding will also help preserve four buildings with a total of 535 apartments, and support two affordable homeownership sites with a total of 25 units.
