Rehab starts on 1909 Louisa Hotel to create 84 workforce apartments

Rolluda Architects designed the Louisa Hotel renovation. Sixteen of the apartments will be in a rooftop addition.

After a two-year delay, the Woo family recently started renovating the Louisa Hotel in Seattle's Chinatown-International District.
