Vulcan to show final design for another Google building in SLU

NBBJ designed the 12-story building, which will have 322,000 square feet of offices. About 17,000 square feet of retail is planned for the corner of Westlake and Mercer.

Vulcan Real Estate and NBBJ already had a well-developed design for 520 Westlake Ave. N., aka the Guitar Center block, which went through design review four years ago. But only this August did Vulcan land a tenant: Google, which is also taking two office towers now under construction on Vulcan's nearby Lakefront Blocks.
