State to set tunnel tolls on Tuesday

OLYMPIA — The state Transportation Commission on Tuesday will vote on toll rates for the Seattle waterfront tunnel, which is expected to open in early February.

The new tunnel will carry state Route 99, now on the Alaskan Way Viaduct.
