Contractors pitch in to build stream exhibit

  • About 40 construction-related firms are donating labor and materials to help build a 200-foot-long trout stream exhibit in Everett.

    The stream exhibit being built near the visitors' center in Snohomish County’s McCollum Pioneer Park will be stocked with cutthroat trout.

    CONSTRUCTION BEGAN last week with the pouring of concrete walls for a trout stream exhibit in Everett's Northwest Stream Center. But the concrete wasn't bought; Rinker Materials donated it.
