Development team tries out modular construction

    The modular development called Hillsdale Heights will include 60 apartments, 50 townhomes, a community center and green space.

    HILLSDALE HEIGHTS, a 110-unit housing community, will be the Tacoma Housing Authority's first project designed with modules. It also will be the first modular project for architect GGLO and contractor Absher Construction.
