Casa Latina homes in on the Central District

    Casa Latina plans to start construction next year on this 6,000-square-foot education and employment center, to the left. It renovated the other building.

    Casa Latina started out 16 years ago doing outreach to immigrant laborers on downtown Seattle streets and at local venues.
