306QA is a six-story mixed-use building at 306 Queen Anne Ave. N.
It has 50 studio and open-one-bedroom units, averaging 417 to 562 square feet. There are three live/work units averaging 601 to 734 square feet at street level.
A glass storefront wraps the entire street level, which gives the live/work units more of a commercial look to attract small businesses.
Orange accents are used to create a visual connection throughout the design. A historical mural and photographs of the Northwest are in the lobby and corridors.
There are six private patio decks for residents on level two, and a roof deck with a green roof, landscaping, barbecue gas grill, fire pit and seating.
Each unit has high-efficiency WaterSense bathroom faucets, showerheads and toilets. Kitchens have quartz countertops and stainless steel Energy Star-rated appliances.
