Public Storage has opened a 221,000-square-foot, six-story self-storage facility at 1200 S. Dearborn St. in Seattle's International District.
The insulated metal building is heated and air conditioned, with more than 1,800 storage units of various sizes, and retail space along South Dearborn Street.
It has one level of on-grade parking and a second-story post-tensioned podium that supports four stories of steel structure and composite decks.
