ZGF designs energy research hub in Iowa

Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects is designing three buildings for Iowa State University to showcase the state's commitment to cutting-edge energy research in the heart of farming country.

ISU wants the 210,000-square-foot complex to become a global magnet for research on using “biorenewables” such as switch grass, soybeans and corn to create chemicals, fuel, materials and energy.
