Starting Monday, people seeking permits for any project in unincorporated King County will be required to submit information on their greenhouse gas emissions as part of the State Environmental Policy Act. The idea was to give developers a SEPA checklist with questions about greenhouse gas emissions during construction and early operation of a project. A worksheet to use in computing emissions was to be included.
