Energy deal eyed with Sacramento

SEATTLE — Mayor Greg Nickels announced a plan for Seattle City Light to deliver renewable energy to Sacramento, Calif., in exchange for receiving power during Seattle's peak winter period.

Pending City Council approval, the 10-year agreement could bring $5 million in revenues to City Light.
