Vulcan exec: green works for big developers, but others need help

Lori Mason Curran, market research manager for Vulcan Real Estate, said sustainable development works for companies like hers that own properties for a long time, but doesn't pencil out yet for developers who sell properties quickly.

She said a combination of voluntary efforts, incentives and regulatory changes are needed to produce more green buildings.
