Schuster Group Headquarters goes for double LEED certification

The Schuster Group, a Seattle-based real estate development and investment firm, is pursuing a double LEED certification for its Lower Queen Anne headquarters. If the company receives both certifications, it says it will be the first building in the state to do so.
