Couple hopes LEED platinum house sets an example for others to try green

How do you get one of the largest real estate development firms in the area to go green? Michael K. Mastro, president of the Global Construction division of Mastro Properties, test drove green practices in his own home to set an example for the company. Now Mastro Properties is seeking LEED silver or gold certification for its first green office building.
