Inspired by trip to Shanghai, Daniels tries to make Seattle offices greener

If you're wondering how to help the environment but don't have time to figure it out, Kevin Daniels, president of Daniels Development Co., and president and chief operating officer of Nitze-Stagen, may have an answer for you.

Daniels is launching a new program in the Puget Sound region in which student volunteers will give a free environmental assessment of your office space and recommend changes that could save resources and cash. Students will look at the entire space, from restrooms to photocopy rooms. Spaces will be ranked on a 100-point scale based on how well resources are used.
