Green business expo for industrial firms

SEATTLE — On Friday, a green industrial business and career expo will be at the Georgetown campus of South Seattle Community College from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The expo focuses on career and business opportunities in the green economy.

Speakers include Mayor Greg Nickels, Executive Ron Sims, Jerome Ringo of the Apollo Alliance and Dave Gering of the Manufacturing Industrial Council. Sessions include greening your business, jobs and trends in deconstruction and sustainable biofuels for aviation.
