City soil reports in electronic library

SEATTLE — The Seattle Department of Planning and Development's library of soil reports is now available electronically.

The reports can be viewed or printed from DPD's self-help terminals located in the microfilm library on the 20th Floor of the Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 Fifth Ave.
