PSE offers solar grants for schools

Students at Port Townsend High School, which previously won a solar grant, celebrated the installation of their solar array last spring.

Puget Sound Energy has issued a request for proposals for up to five schools to each receive a 1.1 kilowatt solar array or small wind turbine this year. This is the first time turbines have been included in the annual program.
