Education will play a key role in LOTT's new Olympia facility

The $18 million project will include a cogeneration system to capture waste heat and use it to heat and cool the building.

The LOTT Alliance in Olympia breaks ground today on an expansion project that is the first piece of redeveloping the city's East Bay District. The project is targeting LEED platinum and will include a cogeneration system to capture waste heat.
