The National Trust for Historic Preservation is creating a new national office headquartered in Seattle that will focus on preserving historic buildings.
The Preservation Green Lab, funded in part by a two-year $50,000 grant from the city of Seattle, will work with cities and states to help draft sustainable development policies for buildings and neighborhoods.
