Urban townhomes may offer model for density in suburbs

The complex on 36th Avenue West in Magnolia has eight townhomes, one live/work unit and a renovated office building.

The Salveo, a townhouse project near Discovery Park that is awaiting LEED platinum certification, is mostly complete. The designer and developers say this urban project could serve as an example for how to bring density to the suburbs.
