Kenworth plant joins energy effort

Kenworth Truck Co.'s plant in Renton has been selected to participate in an effort to develop an international standard for energy management in manufacturing plants. The project is co-sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy and the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance.
