Mixed report on health of Puget Sound in 2009
The Puget Sound Partnership released its 2009 State of the Sound Report yesterday and said eight of 20 indicators show continuing decline in the Puget Sound ecosystem, while seven show improving conditions.
The report said five indicators showed no clear trend.
