Seco, Rafn are Built Green winners

Seco Development was honored for 77 Central Apartments on Mercer Island in the category of multifamily high rise over five stories. The 3 star Built Green project has 14,500 square feet of retail space and 178,600 square feet of housing area.

Built Green, the green program of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, named its award winners for 2010, honoring projects, people, organizations and practices.
