ZGF, LMN win top awards in AIA's What Makes it Green?

Judges liked that King Street Station is a historic renovation, improving what already exists rather than new construction.

The King Street Station rehabilitation won a gold-level award in AIA Seattle's What Makes it Green? event. The program was organized by AIA Seattle's Committee on the Environment to honor the most sustainable projects in the region.
