Glumac doing net-zero project in LA

Glumac has started mechanical and electrical engineering work for a net-zero college building in Wilmington, Calif. The goal is for the Special Programs and Services/Health Center at Los Angeles Harbor College to create all the energy it needs on an annual basis.
