Duwamish cleanup options range from $210M to $1.3B

The cleanup could make the waterway 90 percent cleaner than it is today, but EPA does not expect to bring it back to its natural state.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Washington State Department of Ecology are reviewing cleanup alternatives for the Lower Duwamish Waterway that range in price from $210 million to $1.3 billion.
