This modular house shows new ways to design, build

Hybrid Assembly is the general contractor. Site excavation began last August and the house will be complete in about 45 days.

Crowds gathered yesterday to watch a house take shape as six modules were craned into place. The house, at 1827 S. Lane St., is the first project by the GreenFab development team.
