Modular firm is expanding from Bay Area into Seattle

Zeta says its modular projects cost 15 to 20 percent less per square foot than standard site-built construction. Savings are due to lower upfront costs, lower financing and construction that is about 70 percent quicker.

Zeta, a San Francisco-based producer of modules for sustainable projects, is expanding into the Seattle market through a new partnership with the local developer GreenFab.
