Suit filed over PCBs in Spokane River

SPOKANE (AP) — Two environmental groups are suing the Environmental Protection Agency for what they say is its failure to force the Washington Department of Ecology to create a plan to clean-up PCBs in the Spokane River.

The Spokane branch of the Sierra Club and the Center for Environmental Law and Policy have filed the lawsuit in federal court.
