Capitol Hill may get new living building

SEATTLE — An investment group called Capitol Hill Urban Cohousing has filed plans with the city to develop a five-story, 12-unit building at 1720 12th Ave.

Architect Mike Mariano, principal at Schemata Workshop and one of the investors, said they want the project to be part of the city's Living Building Challenge pilot program.
