BELLINGHAM, Whatcom County — The electric highway in Washington will get a little longer tomorrow when the ribbons are cut on three new stations along Interstate 5 in Skagit and Whatcom counties.
Gov. Chris Gregoire will help open a new station for electric vehicles at Sehome Village Shopping Center in Bellingham. Other stations will open at the Custer southbound rest area south of Blaine and at The Outlet Shoppes at Burlington.
