City Light has $5M to reduce energy use

SEATTLE — Seattle City Light said has $5 million available to help companies install energy-efficiency projects that reduce their electricity consumption.

The utility has energy-efficiency incentives for large and small businesses. For medium to large projects incentives average $22,000, shortening the time it takes for the improvements to pay off.
