Bullitt Center opening today

SEATTLE — The super-green Bullitt Center at 1501 E. Madison St. in Seattle will open with a ceremony at 11 a.m. today, Earth Day, followed by tours from noon to 5 p.m.

The six-story, 50,000 square-foot Bullitt Center was designed to be the world's greenest commercial building and is the first heavy timber office building in Seattle since the 1920s.
