BIG says redesign would turn Miami's convention center into an urban oasis

The international design partnership BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) has proposed a new design for the Miami Beach Convention Center, turning what they describe as a “dead, black hole of asphalt” into an urban oasis of plazas, parks and gardens.
